Refund & Returns Policy
If you have considered return and refunds, you probably ordered an Item with us. This means that we owe you a great “Thank you” for your love for PLUSHY'Z®️, and as much as we want to deliver exceptional customer service. That said, here are some things you might want to know:
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
- There shall be NO RETURNS allowed for 50% OFF SALE items, except for factory defects or quality flaws.
- Items must be sent back within 14 days, counted from the delivery date.
- PLUSHY'Z®️ reserves the right to apply up to 15% restocking fee for non discounted items.
- PLUSHY'Z®️ reserves the right to apply up to 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or discounted items.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
- Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
- PLUSHY'Z®️ do not cover for the return shipping cost of the returned product.

b. Returned products must be in good condition and the original packaging
c. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
PLUSHY’Z®️ shall not accept any of the following unreasonable refunds disputes:
- The customer does not like the item.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
- The item does not look as described.
- The customer has ordered the wrong item/size.
- Cancellation of orders shall only be allowed within 12 hours from the time of the confirmation of orders.
- Only regular priced, or received damaged items can be fully refunded back to the original payment method.
- Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
