Refund & Returns Policy

If you have considered return and refunds, you probably ordered an Item with us. This means that we owe you a great “Thank you” for your love for PLUSHY'Z®️, and as much as we want to deliver exceptional customer service. That said, here are some things you might want to know:

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on only products that are defective or damaged during shipping.  

Returns

    1. We do only accept returns for refunds for products that are defective or damaged. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place so that we can continue to offer free insured shipping on all orders.
    2. PLUSHY'Z®️ do not cover for the return shipping cost of the returned product.
    a. Email contact@plushyz.com for PLUSHY'Z®️ return label address.
       Please provide the following details in your Email:
      • Order Number
      • Complete Name
      • Photo of the item with the manufacturer’s defect

      b. Returned products must be in good condition and the original packaging

      c. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      1. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
      2. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
      3. Items must be sent back within 7 days, counted from the delivery date.

        Defective or Damaged Products

        If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

         

        Item(s) Lost in Transit

        When ordering from us, you agree to our shipping times. While most orders arrive within the posted time frames, customs inspections and other factors can occasionally cause delays. If your order exceeds the displayed time frame by 30 business days, please contact us for a replacement order or a full refund.

         

        Refunds

          1. Cancellation of orders shall only be allowed within 24 hours from the time of the confirmation of orders.
          2. We do not offer refunds for size-related issues if the item's length matches the details provided in our sizing guide. However, if the received item's length doesn't align with the specifications in our size guide, please contact our support team for a prompt resolution.
          3. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
          4. PLUSHY'Z®️ reserves the right to apply up to 15% restocking fee for non discounted items.
          5. PLUSHY'Z®️ reserves the right to apply up to 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or discounted items
